Staying Healthy


I walk around my house every day. I get up at six o’clock. After I walk, I take a shower so I feel refreshed every day. In addition, I always eat vegetables I like vegetables and they are so healthy. I especially like tomatoes and carrots. Tomatoes have a lot of lycopene. Then, I drink vegetable juices, for example. I often drink Green smoothies. It contains lettuce and sweet pepper. I like this very much. Moreover, when I get home, I always wash my hands and I gargle so I do not have a cold. I seldom eat snacks and instants such as fish and chips. I do all things for my health.
